Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases of Taher's House products. Because we offer a free trial of every product, all sales are generally final. Please read this policy together with our Terms of Service.
1. Try before you buy
We provide a free trial of each product so you can evaluate it fully before paying: Annotation Studio includes a free 50-image trial, and Model Training includes a free 3-day trial. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to confirm the software works for you and that your system meets the requirements before purchasing.
2. General policy — all sales are final
Because our products are digital and a free trial is available, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed, except where required by law or in the specific cases described below.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription plans (monthly and 3-month) renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time.
4. Lifetime licenses
Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase and are non-refundable.
5. Exceptions we will consider
We will review refund requests in good faith in the following cases:
- A duplicate or accidental charge.
- A technical problem that prevents the software from working and that we are unable to resolve for you within a reasonable time.
- Any case where a refund is required by applicable law.
6. How billing and refunds are handled
Our payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Any approved refund is issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Any statutory rights you have as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
7. How to cancel or request a refund
To cancel a subscription or request a refund under this policy, contact us at [email protected] with your order details, or use the order-management link in your Paddle purchase receipt. We aim to respond within a few business days.
