Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Taher's House (“we”) collects when you use our website and software, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep the data we collect to a minimum.
1. How our software works
Our desktop applications run entirely on your own computer. Your images, datasets, and the AI models you train never leave your device and are never uploaded to us. The only information our software sends to us is what is needed to verify your license.
2. Information we collect
We collect a limited amount of information:
- Account and license data: your email address, your license key, and a hardware identifier (a fingerprint of your device) used to activate and verify your license.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store your full card details. Paddle provides us with limited order information such as your name, country, and the product purchased.
- Website analytics: if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed).
- Error logs: we use Sentry to record technical errors so we can fix them; these may include technical data such as an error message and the app version.
3. How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Deliver and activate your license.
- Verify that a license is valid (our software checks the license periodically).
- Provide customer support.
- Send essential service messages (for example, about your license or important changes).
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and products.
4. What we do NOT do
- We do not upload, access, or store your images, datasets, or trained models.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not set analytics cookies before you give consent.
5. Third-party services we use
We rely on a small number of trusted providers, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Paddle — payment processing (Merchant of Record).
- Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics — website analytics.
- Sentry — error monitoring.
- Sanity — website content management.
- Vercel — website hosting; GitHub — hosting our software downloads.
6. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to function, and analytics cookies only after you accept them through our cookie banner. You can decline analytics cookies, and you can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.
7. Data retention
We keep your license and order information for as long as your license is active and as needed for our records and legal obligations. You may ask us to delete data that we are not legally required to keep.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. For payment-related data, you can also contact Paddle.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the limited data we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our products are not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date.
