Terms of Service

Taher's House is a software provider specializing in computer-vision and artificial-intelligence tools. We offer downloadable desktop software and a professional remote-setup service. We are based in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

We currently offer:

• Annotation Studio — a Windows desktop application for labeling images to build datasets used to train AI object-detection models.
• Model Training — a Windows desktop application for training custom AI object-detection models locally on your own computer.
• Remote AI Environment Setup — an optional, one-time service in which, with your permission, we connect to your computer remotely and install and configure the software environment needed to run AI tools.

When you purchase a plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for the duration of your plan, on the number of devices stated for that plan.

You may not:

• Resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the software or your license key.
• Share your license key with others.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass or disable the licensing system.
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Each license is linked to your device through a hardware identifier and is verified periodically online. If you switch to a new computer, contact us and we will reset your license. Sharing or distributing license keys may result in suspension of your license without a refund.

All intellectual-property rights in the software remain with Taher’s House. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the software to you.

Your data stays yours. Images, datasets, and any AI models you create with our software are owned entirely by you. Our software runs on your own computer and does not upload your images or trained models to us.

Our order process and payments are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. When you buy from us, Paddle handles billing, invoicing, payment, and related payment-support inquiries.

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, which stops future renewals. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change from time to time; changes do not affect any period you have already paid for.

We offer free trials so you can evaluate our software before paying — a 50-image trial for Annotation Studio and a 3-day trial for Model Training. Trials are provided “as is” and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

You agree to use our products only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the data you process and the models you create using our software.

Some products have technical requirements (for example, Model Training requires a compatible NVIDIA graphics card). These requirements are stated on our Pricing and product pages, and it is your responsibility to confirm your system meets them before purchasing.

The software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taher’s House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant product in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms, including by sharing license keys or attempting to circumvent the licensing system. You may stop using the software at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of our products after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
